Restaurant POS and billing software that closes bills in seconds

TabFlat's POS runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. Waiters take orders at the table, cashiers settle bills at the counter, and every action carries a person's name.

step by step

How it works

  1. 1Open a table or start a takeaway token and add dishes from the menu.
  2. 2Send the order to the kitchen, and add more rounds as guests order.
  3. 3At the counter, take payment in cash, card, UPI or any method. Cash change is calculated for you.
  4. 4Close the bill to issue a numbered, tax-correct invoice and print it in a second.

What you get

  • Split a bill across several payment methods; a bill can never be paid twice
  • Cash payments show the change to return, so cashiers do not calculate
  • Discounts with a per-person limit, and service charge you can remove per bill
  • Item voids need a manager's PIN for waiters and cashiers
  • Cash drawer shifts with opening float, cash in and out, and variance at close
  • Invoices follow your country's tax rules: GST, VAT or sales tax, inclusive or exclusive
  • Payments need an open shift, so every rupee belongs to a counted drawer

Questions about restaurant pos and billing

Which taxes does the billing support?

India GST (CGST and SGST), UAE and UK VAT, US sales tax and Singapore GST with service charge, plus a single-tax option for other countries. Rates can be adjusted per restaurant.

Can I split a bill between several payment methods?

Yes. A guest can pay part in cash and part by card or UPI, and the system tracks the balance until the bill is fully paid.

Does it print on a thermal receipt printer?

Receipts and kitchen tickets use an 80 mm layout that prints from the browser, and also prints fine on A4.

Who can give discounts or void items?

Each staff member has a maximum discount percentage. Waiters and cashiers need a manager's PIN to void an item. Both names are recorded.
